Bag Drop
Volunteers will load your clubs
The bag drop area is immediately in front between the clubhouse and the registration table. Our volunteers will load your clubs onto your assigned cart. No hauling bags to carts yourself. Drop before you park, or park first and bring your bag over — either works. Then head to check-in.

Putting Contest "Sink It and Spend It"
9:00–10:30 AM — before the round only
Sink a putt on the practice green and you are in the money. $10 for one chance, one chance per person, and the foursome package includes a shot.
$300 in Visa gift cards on the line. One winner takes the full $300. Two winners split it, $150 each. More than two and we raffle it down to two.
The 10:30 cutoff is a hard one. There is no putting contest after golf, and the line always backs up at the end. Get checked in and get your putt in early.
Thanks to Alpine Valley Resort for sponsoring this year's contest.
Raffles, 50/50, Golfer Package
Cash only.
Your raffle number. You'll get one number at check-in and it goes on every ticket you buy. That's all you have to remember. No hanging onto stubs, no checking numbers against a board.
The golfer package, $100 per foursome
Per golfer: one putting contest shot, two mulligans, two 12" strings, each usable once. Buying the package is cheaper than buying the pieces. All four golfers have to be in.
Mulligans, $5 each
Limit 2 per golfer.
Putting contest, $10 per chance
Limit 1. Sink it and you're playing for a $300 Visa gift card (one winner takes $300, two split it, more than two gets raffled down to two). Open 9:00 to 10:30 only, so buy early. Thanks to Alpine Valley Resort for sponsoring.
Marshmallow Long Drive, $5 per chance
One marshmallow per person, one swing, mystery cash prize. One winner on the men's side, one on the women's. It doesn't count toward your score, which is the whole point. Thanks to MAAT Auto Parts for sponsoring. Purchase at the hole.
50/50, $2 each or 6 for $10
Winner splits the pot. Half goes home with you, half goes to fighting blood cancer.
Basket raffle, $2 each or 6 for $10
Drop your tickets in the bucket for the basket you want.
Elite raffle, $10 each or 3 for $20
Our biggest prizes. Golf foursomes at courses around the area, a handmade quilt, a PGA Superstore membership with lessons, and more. Separate tickets, separate table.
Door prizes, free with check-in
You're entered automatically. Just be in the pavilion when we draw.
Beat the Pro
Stephanie Vallentine, an aspiring LPGA pro, will be stationed on a Par 3 all day. She played college golf at Arizona. Her hole works like this:
$5 gets you 1 raffle ticket and a closest-to-the-pin challenge against her. Beat her and your tickets double. Come up short and your team still gets to use HER shot in the scramble.
$25 per golfer, $100 for the foursome, gets 5 tickets each plus an automatic BIRDIE on the hole. All four golfers have to be in.
$50 per golfer, $200 for the foursome, gets 10 tickets each plus an automatic ACE. All four golfers have to be in.
At day's end she draws one ticket for a $300 gift card to Bad Birdie Golf. More tickets, better odds.
Beat the Pro is run by BackSwing Golf Events. Proceeds support the foundation and BackSwing's mission to grow women's golf.
